CAN IT BE A USED PHONE IN A BOX OR REFURBISHED PHONE IN SEAL OPEN BOX AND WITHOUT A WARRANTY CARD COMES UNDER THE ABOVE DISCRIPTION? PLEASE BAAZEE TEAM GIVE ME THE MEANING OF THE ABOVE TERMS.

Sir, Please check warranty terms. If it says "Manufacturer's Warranty". Than the product carries a genuine warranty.

Other wise the product may be refurbised, used or repaired.

Do not trust the multiple frauds on baazee.com who sell Branded product under the term "Dealer Warranty"

Any brand new branded product will neccesary carry a warranty from the manufactuer.

If there is not manufacturer's warranty you are safe to assume that the product is (1) Smuggled. (2) It may be used, refurbised or repaired.

DO NOT TRUST HIGH VALUE PRODUCTS WHICH SAY DEALER'S WARRANTY
