Voucher code not working!!

Hi Team eBay!
My eBay India Gift Voucher Code is TEWAKPZKN0 isn't working.
It is valid till Sep 30 but when I try to apply the same on my purchase, it shows that the voucher code isn't found. how weird??!!
This is third such case in the last 2 months.
Kindly look into the issue and resolve it asap.
