Very rude arrogant seller behaviour and pathetic eBay customer support

Hi, mypaisa pay id is 39118641187. I have done payment on 24 th April, it should be shipped within 3 working days, but its not yet shipped.

I tried contact seller, but seller is very arrogant and rude behaviour, I want to cancel this order.

Also very poor service from seller as well as eBay customer service.As I contacted to eBay customer service, they ask me to contact seller. Its eBay responsibility to deal with product seller not the customers who purchase from eBay because we purchased product through eBay not directly from seller.

I also asked seller to cancel the order, but he asked me to send message to eBay first.When I coantcted eBay customer care about cancelling order, they asked me to conact seller. Its very pathetic service from eBay. I request you to cancel my order.
