I had ordered a mobile flip cover and it was not delivered in time. I requested for a refund claim, called seller, called customer service multiple times but no proper response. Only thing I could do was to wait till eBay delivers the item as I had paid with credit card in advance. And definitly I did not think I can return the item and ask for refund with such bad service.
And nothing good to say about the item delivered also after wait of almost 4 weeks.

Recently I have also bought one laptop and paid in advance but the laptop was not working after delivery. I have reshipped the item in my own expense but it is almost 3 weeks I did not received the item. I have followed up with e-Bay customer service several times and also with seller but no result. They are continously asking to wait for more days. Very bad service and I am not sure whether I will receive my laptop or not.
