Very Bad Communication Frm Seller ( shyam-tech)

I had very bad experience with one of your sellers,i have requested for refund for the product which i am not happy with.but got very hasty & weird reply from the seller. i really wonder how can ebay entertain such kind of seller's. He wouls atleat loot for some excahnge rather to be rude. hope you will take some action on the same. Below is the email chain with the conversation.


Dear Customer,

You do not realise, but what you are doing is
BLACKMAIL. You very well know that we are not at
fault as we have supplied the correct item within
timeline stipulated by EBAY. Our listing clearly
mentions MRP of 875/- and we are offering at 775/-
which is really a huge discount on MRP. Courier
cost are unavoidable for any transaction on ebay.
Also, nowhere we have written that we will refund
in case of any problem from customers side. Our
policy is for replacement if there is any problem
with the product we sent, which is clearly
mentioned in the listing.

Still without trying to understand the situation,
you are point blank threatening us by saying that
you will leave negative feedback. What is this if
not Blackmail.

It is bad that you are blackmailing us, but it is
even worse that you dont realise it. Such a pity
on you. do not ever come back again to our shop.

how dare you can say that to the customer...no one is trying to black mail you.if cus is not happy with the service they have right top spaek & right to leave negative feedback...i atleast though you will try & look at some other alternate solution. how can ebay have this kind of seller i really doudt now. I will defineltly take this matter further.

We are always ready to help our customer if there
is some genuine problem. But you have your own
problem which are not eligible for refund and you
are trying to BLACKMAIL us in the name of Negative
Feedback which is disgusting and shameful.

i find your reply quiet rude, which i am not happy with..you advertise your product saying that "HEAVY DISCOUNT ON MRP" & its sad to see that its just a one rupee differnce. I am not happy with the product, i just want to return. I hope you will consider before i lwave some negative feedback about my purchase experience.

Hi Srinath,

Return is possible only if there is some problem
with the item. We cannot accept return just
because customer purchased by mistake. You should
have realised your mistake after placing the order
and not after receipt of the product.

regarding MRP of the product, everything was
mentioned in the listing. You should have checked
the listing before buying.

Sorry, you all demands are unreasonable and cannot
be fulfilled.

I got the case delivered but i would like to return it as i have ordered the same from my friends account as well by mistake...hence i donot want 2 cases also i could see that the MRP is 874 & u are selling @875 which is not at all good deal..for sure i would like to return & have refund. Confirm the receipt for the same.
