Sorry to hear that you had an unpleasant experience at eBay. If you have not done it already, in cases where you have not received satisfactory product, you will probably like to file for buyer protection.

However, If the item was brought on Baazee, then please click on "Go to old Baazee" link on top right hand side of the page. You will be able to go to your My Baazee and then file a dispute against the seller.
In the case where the seller is not willing to sell a product to you, I will request you to first try and sort out the matter with him. Most of the times, it is a matter of some miscommunication. If it doesn't work out, then you can file a complaint against the seller using the same webform mentioned above.
