Using Loop-Holes & easily get un-noticed

Heloo; well I am quite new to e-bay but I have shopped enough in this small time. . . . In my experience of 1 month I have been cheated by 1) chicagoonline (70) - who sold me a walkman which was faulty - which can't be used & then unregistered from e-bay. He also did not reply for any of the messages given by me. E-bay did not notice this transaction . . . hmmmmm I still hope e-bay notices & helps me . . . 2)simplykumar (3) - In this case I have won an auction - HP deskjet printer & now he is not willing to sell the same . . . I fell I & e-bay has been fooled by him . . .I have left the message & again hoping for e-bay to intervene & help me and another sold a second hand goods without metioning it during the product description and broken shipping & not replacing it . . . ahhhhh I hope e-bay does some justification for this honest buyer. I still have full confidence on e-bay

Sorry to hear that you had an unpleasant experience at eBay. If you have not done it already, in cases where you have not received satisfactory product, you will probably like to file for buyer protection.

However, If the item was brought on Baazee, then please click on "Go to old Baazee" link on top right hand side of the page. You will be able to go to your My Baazee and then file a dispute against the seller.

In the case where the seller is not willing to sell a product to you, I will request you to first try and sort out the matter with him. Most of the times, it is a matter of some miscommunication. If it doesn't work out, then you can file a complaint against the seller using the same webform mentioned above.
