I have sold internet download manager to buyer (id) *** at cheaper price as I dealt with company volume license. After some time, buyer set me a message saying that you could not download some video from you tube; I told him that it is working properly in my testing and I asked the error code. Suddenly buyer left negative feedback; I tried to call buyer but buyer mobile no. it is not working ( fake) So, I sent ebay message that I can refuind full amount but let me know what the real problem was. Later buyer sent me message that even if I refund money you doesnot change feedback.He added a conditon that you would like to remove feedback if I send I two software namely, Nitro pdf and winRAR freely. I suggested buyer I cannot send two sotware As ther are costly. Buyer again send message if I send winRAR sotware he can remove feedback. As I have only one feedback from him , I sent winRAR software to him. Again buyer asked if I transfer doble the price of buyer paid to his bank account he would like to remove feedback. I rejectedc it on I wrote follow up message. Again buyer wrote follow up message saying that I am forcing buyer to change feed back. Any one kindly help me. He is sending spam mails to my email id. I am very up set as this is the first negative feedback I recieved and It effected my sales also. Ebay is only protecting buyers not sellers. Any one Kindly help me.
