Unsatisfactory performance by the ordered item

Hi,
I am not satisfied with the product and would like to return it and want my money back, kindly let me know the procedure and do not delay further, I recieved the product on 25th January 2012.

The reason for the return is the unsatisfactory performance of the chopper. i tried to cut potato, but it got stuck in the blades only.

Kindly take it back at the earliest and return the money back to me which I wasted on your product. If you want you can deduct the courier charges of Rs.55 that you charged me just to deliver it to my residence. The remaining amt. of Rs.399 kindly let me know how will you return it.

any clarifications please feel free to contact me on my no. below but do not delay the process failure to which i might need to lodge a complaint.

First of all Don't worry.I think this is your first purchase in E bay.Check whether the seller will accept returns in the listing.Please contact the seller and explain him the problem which you are having and ask for refund for the Non performance of the Product.If not you can file a item not as described case in e bay and get refund,But try to settle amicably as most of the sellers are Good and accept Returns.Bye
