This is one of the unfair situation where I haven't received the item.
I tried to contact the seller and seller informed that ebay guided the seller not to ship the item.
And now after one week - as per paisapay policy refund is initiated.
Now I dont want my money and I demand the explanation from ebay = why ebay guided seller to not to ship the products.

Please reply to this if ebay feels its a genuine business from your end by
1) providing a coupon and then
2) make the buyer to purchase the item and
3) Then communicating the seller not to dispatch the item
4)Start with refund process with lowest refund amount as coupon amount is void.
