my user id is laptopvizag, i would like to share my experience over the transaction which i had with a buyer on Ebay and i rated -Ve over the transaction and for which he appealed on community court and the court says that 51% says -ve feed back is to be removoed.
the seller has listed the item on a promo in feb month, i paid for 3 laptops 49K, and never got any confirmation from the seller about the transaction or shippment, and the seller didnt have even any courtesy to give a call and update over the transaction, whether it will take time or he cannot supply, i have been calling him 5-6 times since this tranaction and every time he use to say me that he would call back and update over the same. and in this process i have requested ebay not to process payment. and ebay ordered ebay to send me refund so that i can buy product from some one else, but this has not happened. i had to leave out of india in that period, and my credit card was blocked for the limit, so i had to take a loan and had to go. later the buyer sent me a mail stating that i can cancel/ refund the order. and now the buyer calls to close the case. now if as a buyer point of view i would request one to understand what i have been experienced so i have left a -ve feedback to the seller for not maintaining the stock and then promoting for item. so i would deny and retain the same feedback for this seller if the court decides to give and reverse the feedback then what is the point in buying and selling on ebay. i would request you to please explain me and assure me that the same feedback what i have given to the seller would be maintained.

From your complaint it appears that you placed order for laptop which seller could not supply due to no stock. Since you paid by PaisaPay you got automatic refund after seven days. During this seven days you called buyer six times, but buyer did not call you on his own that is why, though you got money back still you gave -ve feedback to seller.

It seems your feedback is very harsh, it should have been neutral FB. In seven days you already called seller six times. That means before he could call you, you gave a call, so where is the scope for his call? Payment to seller can not be processed, unless he enters shipping details to PaisaPay site. Your payment was with eBay for the seven days and buyer did not get your payment. So your assumption that Payment to seller is processed is not correct.

So community court has given fair justice in my view.

If seller had sent you laptops then also you have to take loan for your foreign tour . For foreign tours you must have keep some reserves so that you need not to take loans .

i just noticed that you are seller too and selling laptops .
One buyer bijibuys bought a laptop from you http://cgi.ebay.in/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=220345784872 for Rs 17000. He gave you a POSITIVE FEEDBACK For cancelling the deal as you was out of stock .he gave Did not have the item so cancelled the sale

You was lucky as you got a good customer who gave you positive feedback for cancelling the deal .Now put yourself in his place and think whether your feedback was fair or not
