Unable to make payment using my debit card.

I'm a new user to ebay, and I am a student. Recent I bought an item, item no. 380410481629, what happens is I have already purchase the item and even receive the Invoice message but when I tried to make payment, I don't have a Paypal account, my debit card (UBI Visa) is rejected. After made a several trial but still the same so I tried it again with my friends with that I could make the so-called payment but after confirming the payment an error code appears and $1 has been deducted from his account. Need help??

For worst, I also wanted to know how to cancel purchased.

Escalating matter further...Not able to make payment by any of the methods...Debit Card // Credit Card etc...

Any idea how to rectify the same...
