Thought of trying some product on e-bay got some offer e-mail so i bought a speaker. Its very bad in quality and not met our expectation, so better go to shop and get product what ever we like is always better. Online shopping is waste.

Do not Rush and Buy the Item,First and foremost Check How much time is left for the listing to End and accordingly Have a Small Conversation with the Seller, Keep Away From Sellers who Put up Generic Pix and Mention 'IMAGE FOR ILLUSTRATION PURPOSE ONLY' They Sure have something else, Check The same item with other Buyers who have High Quality Pictures of the Item they are Selling,Check the pictures The Pictures there say alot,Judge the Quality of the products from the pictures,Confirm with the seller if that is the product in the picture the same as the are going to ship...Only then Purchase the Item, The key idea here is DO NOT RUSH...

As other said in this thread, you would need to verify if the item is being sold by any other sellers on eBay and also to talk to the seller before placing order (must, if the item is costlier or when you are unsure of quality/seller). Better to see feedbacks.

You can claim refund by returning the item to the seller. Communicate with him before returning. You can also call 18002093229 to exercise this option.

Remember, you are safe buying online. It happens even when we buy directly from shops and after coming home regretting ourselves on the item/working/quality/price.

You have a solution and you can act on it by returning it.
