I won the items no 7566677271 & 7566677551(256 MB SD Ram) on date 27 & 28 November from the seller dotcom4uonly.That same day I made the payment of rupees 949.00 for the items through paisa pay.For a long time I did not received the items.Then I made a dispute on ebay but seller did not responded. Finally I decided to settle the claim for money refund.I did every thing accordingly to ebay but till today nothing is happened.What should I do.

As a buyer you are havng problem rssingh1,I hope you get either the products or your money back. I as a seller having another problem despite being an honest seller!
I gave a message on 23rd of August stating my problem.
But ebay does not reply to my emails through trust and safety and niether the Live Chat helps.
1. The Live chat has only one answer for any problem" This is not handled by me and so unable to do anything, please go to trust and safety link and send mail"

2. After 20 emails , what I get is to write here on the community board, but here also no reply.

3. I dont know who exist behind this website, and are there real staff or handled by a few people?
4. ebay is making lot of money through sellers but still it doesnot have a proper customer support to the satisactory of anyone.
5.All my listings were ended (800) without any warning to me.
6. The shop is still active without any listings in it!
7. Can anybody guide me regarding this? Will ebay activate my listings again? I have spent more then 20,000 on listings only,leave aside the other shop charges.
8. Will I have to spend another 20,000 to lsit for 100's of hours again?
9.Or anybosy else having the same experience? Can yu guide me what to do next?
10. How did a person in such a situation make ebay activate the listings?
11. Do I have to pay extra(as a gift) to the staff or ebay to reactivate the listings?
12. I am taken for a ride by ebay? Either the staff is taking some kind of revenge or they want something from me.
13. Please somebody guide me!! I have lost lot of money and by the end of this month another bill for the shop will be ready by ebay without actually doing any business!
14. Please sellers I am in great trouble. Help me!!
15. Anybody knows about consumer courts? How do I go about it? Or ebay will compensate for this to me? Have naybody gone to a consumer court before?
16.I have given so many emails and wasted upto 5 hours on live chat in the hope that they will somehow help me, but to my frustration I am being harrassed. I have tried everything but to no result.
17. The chat says give email and the emails never get any reply.
18. Is there a procedure to go about it?
19. I have seen some members being suspended and then within some days there lsitings are again active!!
20 I have not done any crime? Still I am treated like a criminal!
21. Please, Please somebody guide me!! What should I do next? I am being mentally tortured by the staff! All my hard earned money is going to drains, I am so dipressed, I dont know what to do.
22. Have anybody gone through this before? Please guide me ,will be very oblized .

Please see my posting:( ebay "Security and Resolution Centre" is hopeless neel44) of yesterday. I am in the same boat. They only send automated replies, no further action. Is there someone to escalate the problem to? Anyway that was my last transaction through e bay, NEVER again. They claim to be an international organisation, but least customer oriented.

Check this out. I have couple of transaction where I am endlessly waiting for refund (both were items significantly not as described, infact one from their GEB (Global Easy Buy) team. Latest there is a fraud seller who registers on ebay ONLY TO COMMIT FRAUD with people. He has registered with the name of "genuine.buy" in June, after I reported him early morning on 17th July (he took off all his listing after taking money from multiple people, mostly out of ebay bank transfers). Now he has registered with the name of "bappa.sales" and continues to do more fraud. Despite me personally investigating as a responsible senior ebay community member, these customer support people are so sick and dumb that they fail to find any issue despite sending them recorded conversations were this person claims to be a gangster who would give an award if I could nail him down. He used extremely abusive language abusing me and my family and he is still not restricted on ebay and my refund request is still kept on hold in the last more than 2 weeks! While I will contact my bank to charge back that amount immediately, I wish to warn that these people are progressing well increasing their listing amount, operating from Mumbai while claiming to be from elsewhere in India.

Despite waiting for one month, ebay has kept refund on hold till date despite providing them the seller call details which confirms him to be a roadside rowdy claiming to be a big fraud and a gangster! Despite him threatening to send goons at my home, eBay did not do anything and instead sent "copy and paste" replies till date. I have interacted with multiple people who have got cheated by this "gang" of frauds and they still exist on ebay and ebay is actually entertaining their claims for shipments etc and keeping genuine customers who are in the system for about 10 years now and doubting their credentials and HARASSING them by not refunding the money immediately. Infact these "Claim department" people calls me and BLINDLY try to justify eBay's INEFFICIENT support even without knowing what I am talking about. Anyone wants to hear the way they talk?
