UNNECESSARY DELAY IN REPLY TO EMAILS AND REFUND

NOW A DAYS THE EBAY IS BECOMING VERY POOR IN RESPONDING TO THE MAILS WE SEND THEM EVEN THOUGH WE GET AN ACKNOWLEDMENT LETTER STATING "WE WILL REPLY AND GIVE THE STATUS OF THE CASE"BUT TO OUR SURPRISE WE DO NOT GET A REPLY OR STATUS OF THE CASE EVEN AFTER 10 DAYS. CAN WE CALL IT EBAY IS POOR NOW A DAYS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

UNNECESSARY DELAY IN REPLY TO EMAILS AND REFUND

It was mistaken by EBAY that an item usb modem was returned due to the incompatability to one seller sandeep _singh arora and purchased another branded usb modem within 2 days from other seller which was received and informed the EBAY the item was received. But EBAY made a delay in returning the amount thinking that the first returned item as "received" and because of this there was a long delay in getting back the refund even though the first seller intimated for returning the amount!!!!!!!!!!!
