Two different people but one User id for both !!!

I can see there is one more User with my same Ebay id.
This User is a member since 2006 and some where in France.
Now Ebay team can u tell me how did this happen???
Also what happened to my last week transactin(actually my first transaction with Ebay) ?What will happen to it???

The id that you are referring to is rph7925 and yours is rphi7925, do you see the difference ??
