Trackon Courier BAD

Hi,
I recently made my first purchase (160785904285) at EBay. Quiet contrary to my hope it turned out to be horrifying experience for me. It was not Ebay's fault or the Seller's fault but courier company's (Trackon couriers) fault.

First of all the courier company failed to inform me about the arrival of the courier for 5 days. When I inquired to the seller he called up the courier company to find out that it will be delivered next day. Seller also provided me their contact number.

After 3 days I called them up. But they kept directing me to different area offices without any information on where my parcel was. Finally I got frustrated and called up my seller who helped me by putting pressure on courier company to call me up.

And they do call me up with the information that they cannot ship to my address. (Mind you I stay in one of the most happening localities in hyderabad)

First of all they should not have undertaken this shipment if they cannot deliver it. Secondly if you cannot do it, atleast inform the customer or the seller.

I sincerely request Ebay team to ban the unprofessional Trancon Couriers from their list of trusted courier companies.

Always insist your Seller to send all your items by Speed Post. They are quick, cheap as well as reliable. And they will deliver to any place in India where there is a Post Office.

I recently made my first purchase on 08th May'2012((PaisaPay ID 31280568780) at ebay. they have provided me Airway bill details: 287815747 - TRACKON COURIER, i tried reaching today to trakon courier office at chennai, but no one has responded me, i did not get my consignement till date. ebay informed us to intimate that if the consignement was not delivered within 4 days, then inform . So i inform ebay that i did not get my consignement till date ( 11th May'2012 ). Pls send me the consignement with the good courier . i really unhappy with the service of Trakon corier.

I sincerely request Ebay team to ban the unprofessional Trancon Couriers from their list of trusted courier companies.

I got a courier form Hyderabad through Trackon couriers.The products within were damaged.

Trackon courier is a cheater. They never send items in Siliguri. Their numbers are fake. The Cheating company. I request Ebay to ban this courier.

For low cost items use Speed Post, for high value items use Blue Dart. For some areas DTDC is also good.
