@bspr_reddy2005,
Offcourse not. I 100% agree with you. But, is it a worthwhile, blasting on a person who commented only when you mentioned in your title post "Please someone help"
and when he gives you a piece of advise, he gets "Jobless Freak" comment in return. I am not saying eBay is right, neither I am saying they are wrong. I am just not being judgmental.
RajElectroniks, is respected by buyers, sellers, eBay all alike for his rational, realistic and customer friendly approach. A lot of buyer friendly features, that buyer enjoys now were suggested by Rajelectroniks.
Offcourse, we cannot tolerate any lapse in service by eBay or any one for that sake. However, trust me for one thing. It is eBay where you are getting this right to put your thoughts so openly in a forum (which is crawled and updated by search engines). had it been any other portal,
1) You wouldn't have been able to put your thoughts so openly on their forum.
2) You wouldn't have received response from community members.
3) No one would have bothered about your issues.
Again, please don't be judgmental. I understand your pain.
As a solution, just talk to your seller, ask him if he can cancel the transaction and you make the purchase again and this time use the discount voucher.
I am sure this resolves your issue.
Peace!!
