Not sure if there is any place where we can let ebay.in know what new we (buyers) want from them... please post the new feature that you want to see in future in this post. I hope ebay is listening to us ๐
though I started using ebay recently in India due to lack of Amazon service ๐ ... I can see that lot has changed since I have seen first ebay.in years back.
Here are something I would like to see...
1. from sellers different shipping option like next day delivery etc. I know it is not in hand of ebay but still can you (ebay) please do something about it?
2. Content moderation - many sellers threaten by saying negetive feedback will be treated with negetive feedback and many other thing regarding this; can ebay step in and do something... because if seller give a true description of product and they stick to the promises, I do not think people will give negetive feedback. This practise will improve the business quality
3. Save credit card details for future transaction, as every item if not from same seller you need to input the credit card details. this will be handy as you do not need to fill it everytime you buy a thing. Protect it with a transaction password.
4. More content moderation - force every seller to provide the details of each product such as dimention, weight, colour, for electrical items power rating etc. This will help buyers to take a wise decision rather than blaming sellers later.
5. A full fledged forum section where buyers can request for any product (which is not listed in ebay) and sellers of that category of product would get notification, so that any seller may want to or try to get the product for buyers?
