These guys are big fraud. I experienced this in the very first purchase. It has been more around 2 months and my issues are not yet resolved. They are fully overloaded. They wont response your calls. They will tell you that there are going to call you in 1 hr and they wont call you even in a week. Their wait time on customer support in always more than 10-15 mins and it will take more than a hour to convey ur message and the result of the call will be that somebody will call you in next 1 hr and no body will call you. Point is if your lucky and everything went fine in your purchase (in which they are not intervene) its fine, otherwise if there is a scenario in which you need your refund (which is a very likely case on online shopping) your doomed. Just imagine after 2 months my case is still open and there are not agree to refund me the full amount in cash, they are asking me to take their shopping coupons, which believe me after my experience I am never going to do.
