The All new Paisa pay is full of Bugs

I am very sorry to say that this new paisapay is not working as it should, it seems like it is not yet configured for selling manager pro. I am facing following problems

1) Most of the time the link "eBay Note: This item is paid with PaisaPay. To provide shipping information for this item click here" is not working, it gives some error message that invalid user.

2)When I enter shipping details from My paisapay link then, automatically the sale record of SMP,s Rs sign goes out and the pending payment sign is lighted, also the sale record enters " payment awaited" section , while it should go to "item shipped" section, , Even when I try to manually mark it as item shipped ,i cant, do it as the item shipped check box has permanently faded.


So the bottom line is when i enter shipping details in new paisapay, the items are going under payment awaited section instead of item shipped section.

so it is creating a lot of confusion, i am not entering any further details , till this is clarified.

3) also now our work is doubled, as before i had configured SMP , as when i entered consignment no and manually checked item shipped check box, automatically SMP used to send shipping information to the buyer with all tracking details with tracking link, now my SMP is not sending any mails as item shipped box can not be checked, so We have to send mails manually.

4) also when we receive successful payment emails , in every mail i can see my phone number written in place of buyer number

5) These successful payment emails are so vague, as I cant see the Shipping charges which buyer has paid, It is only mentioning the cost of item and the grand total( I mean total is correct but there are no charges written) for eg

We do understand that there are some teething troubles initially, so at the moment I am keeping my fingers crossed and hoping that everything will be specified for good

I would also like to know how other sellers are finding the new Paisa pay, i would appreciate if other sellers also share there experience in this thread

Thanks for keeping patience, I have some updates for you on the issues raised by you:


1) Most of the time the link "eBay Note: This item is paid with PaisaPay. To provide shipping information for this item click here" is not working, it gives some error message that invalid user.

As discusssed with Elvis, this was a browser issue. If other users are facing this issue, will request them to close the browser and re-open it.

We tried a lot to replicate this issue but are unable to reproduce it. Please confirm to Elvis if you continue to receive this error.

I agree that it will not reflect in your SM Pro and it is an interesting feedback. Just wanted to confirm that once you input the shipping detail in My Paisapay the buyer will get automated mail along with the shipment details.

This issue has been resolved. You should not see it again.

5) These successful payment emails are so vague,

This is a feedback that the team will keep in mind next time they make changes in the emails.
