Dear All,
I had purchased a product from ebay for which I had used a coupon code. All discounts where shown but when I had completed the traction the full amount was debited. Therefore I sent a mail to eBay addressing the issue. But no response. After 2 days again I sent a mail to customer support again, Still no response. It is now over a week but EBAY HAS EVEN NO Decency to reply back. Then I called their Customer support. Response: Sir sorry nothing can be done.
Thats all? Is that all you have to say.
What I want to ask eBay is if an amount much lower was debited with out even using a coupon code would they have the same enthusiasm in their answer?.
Please be informed that there was no problem with the seller or the product. That was GOOD and the product GREAT.
Earlier I was a little bit upset that I lost a descent amount as discount. But now it not the discount I am upset about but eBAYS attitude. what terrilbe is that Ebay NEVER REPLIES TO YOUR PROBLEMS. Probably because they JUST DON'T CARE as they have received their money!
It may be also not possible to adjust now, no problem but there are ways to deal and respond.
I just thought I should inform you My fellower buyers on eBAY.

These things usually dont happen.
Whenever you apply the coupon onto your purchase, amount at once shown discounted.
Even the confirm the amount to be paid in online banking with your bank at bank's secure page.
I think the coupon was not applied at your purchase time itself. Thats why you are facing this issue.

I do understand your disappointment to hear that the discount coupon can not be applied once PaisaPay ID generate. Our records, shows that you were able to use discount coupon for your earlier and even latest purchase. Moreover we are unable to see any mail from your user ID. Had you sent it on incswebhelp@ebay.com from your email ID that is registered with us. We do reply all the mails within 48-72 hours at the maximum.

Well thank you for responding. I believe you are the administrator to this form.
Regarding if the coupon code was applied or not .....;I have documentary proof to prove that the coupon code used was properly applied and at the end of purchase I was eventually billed the complete amount.
Well when business ends up under such circumstances they don't hold good taste.

Thanks you you second reply and with respect to my mail sent to customer support at ebay I had sent it through your Customer support link on your web page located on the right top corner - contact us - select topic: buying - After your purchase: paying for your items - sent as email ----TWICE.
Have documentary evidences of that as well.
I would sincerely suggest that ebay puts it's web page in order. Most probably the Customer support section is also like the coupon code transactions.
Shows something and then does something else!

U claim that ur services r 5 star, today i have registeredd with ebay india, tried to call at your customer care- Nobody picks the phone- Its on Hold ! Hold ! Hold !
Again for online chat assistance i have tried, everybody seems to be too busy, nobody replies on the same
Mr Ravinder K from ebay india have ended the session without answering my queries.
If this the services u people offer, hw can u claom u have 5 star services
First impression was really bad.

above experiences of these guys have forced me to change my mind of buying from e-bay.i wanted to purchase a 20000 price mobile from this site,and had a query regarding the same..there was no response from there customer care no..it was always on hold,no decent reply from chatting..
