I WD LIKE TO LODGE A COMPLAIN AGAINST EBAY CUSTOMER SERVICE.I NEED TO KNOW WHICH EMAIL ID OR CONCERNED DEPARTMENT I CAN DO THAT
AS A STARTER I HAVE SEND AN EMAIL TO EBAY USA CUSTOMER SERVICE.
HOWEVER WILL APPRECIATE IF SOMEONE FROM EBAY TEAM PROACTIVELY TELL ME WHERE I CAN TELL MY CONCERNS AS IT HAS BEEN FALLEN ON DEAF EARS TILL NOW AS THE CUSTOMER SERVICE STILL DOES THE MISTAKE INSPITE OF REPEATED APPLOGIES BY THE CUSTOMER SERVICE AS STATING THAT " IT WAS INDEED AN EBAY ERROR "
WELL IF IT WAS AN ERROR FROM EBAY SO WHEN WILL BE IT BE RECTIFIED. ITS REALLY GETTING ON TO MY NERVES.
I HAVE STORE WHICH I PAY AND I EXPECT A GOOD VALUE FOR MY MONEY.
I GUESS WHEN EBAY GUYS SEE MY ACCOUNT THEY WILL UNDERSTAND WHAT I MEAN.
