Suffering dur to ebay software bug and unresponsive support

I have made all my invoice payments and the amount has beedn deducted from my ICICI account.

Still they have put my account on hold. I sent a mail to incswebhelp many days ago and they are sleeping over it.

I made another payment today. Its deducted from my account. Still is not reflecting in ebay.

I also faced such issue. The incswebhelp guys normally either reply very late or most of the times dont reply at all. 

Fortunately I had a relationship manager who helped me rectify their records.

Its pathetic support in ebay India.
