Issue: Received a NON FUNCTIONAL DEFECTIVE ITEM.
Multiple Hardware issues.
Back camera doesn’t work.
Screen goes black and phone stutters.
Google account cannot be logged in as it does not identify the region.
Just to let you know before I made purchase, I contacted the seller and he told me that product will be working properly In India and there will no problem with it, and money will be refunded if it doesn’t work, if I report any issue within 7 days of purchase.
I have called multiple times regarding the above mentioned issue, only to get a promise of a call back which never came.
As per telephonic conversations, following date were promised a call back/resolution dates:
18/05/2016
19/05/2016
23/05/2016
24/05/2016
But never received a call back for any updates. This is highly unprofessional.
Kindly resolve the issue ASAP. You have 2 days to comply, before I resort to a legal remedy.
