I have also received a phone call from Mumbai today asking me to clear my dues. In fact I always pay within 2-3 days by card, mostly even before receiving the Invoice.
The only transaction for which I have not paid was due to an unpaid item dispute complication. The buyer , a new member, made some unintentional error in closing the dispute and I was not granted the FVF. On contacting the Customer support I was intimated on
16 Feb by Cymona of eBay Customer Support that the FVF will be granted as the error is evident from the response of the buyer. My sincere thanks for the cooperation.
So I was quite shocked to get the call this afternoon, requesting me to pay my dues. The person calling,
Mr. Nitin, was polite and very cooperative but it was distressing for me to explain that I have not paid because ebay has already granted me the credit of this amount almost a week ago. I am not complaining, but I personally feel distressed to get a request of speedier payment as I always try to pay fast for any deal.
