Solution For Negative Feedback Received For Manufacturer Waranty Products

Dear eBay,

Recently we sold one manufacturer warranty product. Which buyer received in seal pack condition with bill. Buyer informed us that he is facing some issue while using a headset. As product carry 1 year warranty I asked buyer to contact to service center.

Now Today he confirmed receipt of product & left negative feedback stating comment as "Hands Free is not working ,Vendor advice check with service center, need ur help"

In discription we clearly mentioned that buyer has to contact to respective service center to resolve issues related to product. Now as we sent sealed pack condition product why should we suffer from this negative?

Please help.

Many many thanks for paying attention towards our post. Also thanks for resolving my concern. I like to bring one more situation in front of you. Few days back I sold Citizen Calculator under Daily Deal in which I clearly mentioned that we ship through DTDC. One of the buyer has made the payment and as per discription we sent product to the customer. Now after sending a parcel through DTDC they did RTO for that shipment by mentioing comment as "RTO DUE TO COULD NOT FIND" Also that time they informed me that buyers location is not servicable. Now as per eBay's feedback removal policy if seller clearly mentioned through which courier they are sending and buyer's location is not servicable then negative should be removed.

Buyers negative comment is "seller shipped the item late. so i asked for a refund and the pysapay did so." But whereas we have shipped product as per eBay's deadline. This feedback we have recievedd on 27-Sep-2011 18:52 & Buyer id is togops. We have sent lots of massages through eBay massenging and even tried to call to the customer but that customer is not picking up the phone & even not replying to emails. That means he did intentionally.

So in such cases what should we do? How will I remove this unfair negative. As per feedback removal policy it should be removed?

Please guide me.

Please find docket number for your referance which clearly shows shipment returned due to not able to find. P16516118 sent through DTDC.

Item clearly states its sealed packed with manufacturer warranty

buyer says he dont have time to go to service center and arrange pick up and replace.

How can we do that if item is in manufacturer warranty?

On mailing inrswebhelp@ebay.com i got reply to contact buyer and ask for positive comments,

negative feedback has been chosen by many buyers as a tool to harass, cheat & dupe sellers,
ebay wont you ever do justice to sellers?
Please come up with a good solution we all trust ebay will one day do justice

Why don't you speak directly to TNS team through eBay customer support. Because I have experianced 2 times for such issue they removed negative in a minuite.

Please email TnS on :
eBay India Customer Support - insappeals insappeals@ebay.com regarding all unfavourable ratings for manufacturer Warranty items.

Please also mention all Seller-Buyer correspondence for better understanding.:-)

They will surely help you to remove on a case by case basis.

The buyer leaves a negative feedback and applies in ebay gurantee protection and the claims are processed with a mail saying that we tried reaching u and we could not reach u and there claim is approved .The ebay gurantee people for the sake of calling call once and to clear back log of cases at there end approve the refund.They never bother to chectk whether the buyer has recived everything with the product the acessorieries , boxes ,etc. But when it comes to sellers they look into everything.Just to increase the individual performance in thier office they do disburse the claims at there discretion.e bay advises us to communicate through different mediums, when they can send a mail for approving the refund why cant they send a mail that they are unable to reach us or ask for details before processing the claims.

Are you sure insappeals@ebay.com works? Because CRF which is made for unfair feedback removal process that not working then what we expect from those?

Kindly help us by removing the following feedback which was given for a seal pack item sent with with tax paid bill & manufacturer national warranty i.e.

"I have received an item that does'nt work. The all keys are not working."

We have already advised to the buyer his local service center details as well as also assured him for full further support from our side.
