Should i pay for item if its relisted?

The item which i had won (by bidding) was immediately re-listed (twice). Should i still pay for the item? And also when i contacted the seller, the seller did not respond.
Since the seller re-listed the item, i thought the seller no longer wants to sell the item at that price. I got a call from ebay regarding the item. I am no longer interested in buying that item, what should i do?

You are supposed to complete transaction irrespective of relisting or not, because that is he contract you entered with eBay India.

What is the penalty for not paying for the item won in a auction?

ebay.com would have unregistered you.
ebay.in will make you a community champion.
