I want to ship a mobile phone from Bangalore to Jaipur (priced at 25k). I'm not able to find any "decent" shipping vendor who're charging reasonable and have good reputation. This is my first time (and am not a regular seller), so wouldn't want to take high risk here.
1.) Fedex - Couldn't reach to customer care yet. Trying since saturday.
2.) BlueDart - Don't ship.
3.) India Speed post - Not sure how it works. Toll free number not working for me. Any experiences, anyone?
4.) DTDC - Asking for insurance of 4% of value.
5.) Shree Maruti - Who do we talk with ?
6.) First Flight - Any recommendations on this?
7.) Ondot - Haven't heard of them. Any recommendations on this?
8.) Overnight Express - Tried multiple numbers from their "branch locator". Most of them turned out to be wrong numbers. Could talk with one person finally and he is quoting 400 Rs. after "negotiation".
9.) Monkey Parcel - Had high hopes with them. They seem to have closed their operations in India?
I hope people with good experience on eBay can help me out here and will make shipping an easy thing to deal with.
P.S. I've done a google search and most of the results were dated. So, wanted to gather few fresh recommendations (new shipping companies?)
