Hello friends,
Recently Ebay had included a new field "Shipping Cost for returns to be paid by seller/buyer" in the Sell Your Item form.I welcome that additional detail,which will make things more transparent.
But in all my current offered items the option of paying shipping cost for returns are made default by seller,Which I feel is not fair without informing the seller or making any announcement prior to do it.
Now I will need to revise each and every item to make the option of paying charges for return back to buyer.I am currently selling hundreds of items and it will surely take lots of time and energy to do so.
So,Please eBay provide some clarification about why seller was not informed or why no announcement was made before making the option to pay the charges for returns by seller(by default).
I hope to hear from our responsible eBay team soon.
