Shipped the product couldnt update shipping details

Hi

This is regarding PaisaPay ID 33254534138. I shipped the gift vouchers on 8th March itself while couldn't update shipping details on ebay. So auto refund initiated by ebay on 11th March. I shipped the gift vouchers using Overnite express AWB no. 7928027940. The vouchers have been delivered to the buyer. I am trying to contact buyer but he is not picking the phone and not reverting on emails. He has become greedy now.

I request ebay to take necessary step and cancel refund. I should get the payment else I shall have to bear huge loss.

You may call eBay customer support & tell them to put refund on hold. Then send shipping details to respecitive email id with proof of delivery copy.
