Shipment not recieved

I have made a purchase on 3rd july 2012, but my shipment is still not recieved.

I got a mail from ebay mentioning that my shipment will be recieved by 13th july...I mean Hello, as per your website highlights it should reach my place in 5 working days, its a domestic order...its Lucknow not London.

Extreamely dis-satisfied with the kind of post sales service of ebay.

No call centre no.???, no revert on the mail..??

Now I am forced to register my complaint in Consumer Forum, have paid Rs. 210 extra for shipment & its been 8 days I havn'nt recieved my order.

you have 12 days to receive your order. please check the FAQ and Terms and Conditions before registering .
there is Customer support number for ebay, online chat and e-mail support.

if seller do not ship your item in 5 days you amount will be credited automatically.
ebay is not a fun site. it is serious about what they are doing.

I am totally dis-satisfied with the service. I haven't receive my order even after 15 days. And the seller doesn't reply to my queries. Now I am going for other online shopping sites which are far more superior in service. And I am taking away all my friends from ebay with me. Thank you guys for the worse service i have experienced!!
