Service Tax Stolen by ebay..Sellers Please support

ebay charges a tax on the invoice which is normal

but when a buyer gets a FVF credit for which he has already paid in previous invoice he has also paid the TAX

If he happens to receive a FVF credit then why not the credit for the service TAX is provided by ebay??

A sum of 10000 attacts a tax of Rs.1200 which is quite huge amount

Is this an ignorance by ebay or stealing of money from buyers in lieu of TAX

I don't think this is done from eBay. There might be an error, Send a mail to the customer support and I am sure they will resolve the matter. ---------------
