Dear eBay Sellers,

Every one knows that eBay.in is really frustrating… It sucks.

Now they have come out with a new Funda. They just suspend any seller without giving any reasons and block the PaisaPay payments which the seller has to receive.

Do you know that eBay can suspend your id with out giving any reason? Believe me, I got suspended and I don’t even know why. There is no mercy even if you are a power seller and a seller for years.

On enquiring with fellow sellers and friends I came to know that there are many such sellers whose IDs have been suspended by eBay and the PaisaPay payments has been blocked. IT CAN BE YOUR TURN NOW… BE CAUTIOUS

I tried to call eBay’s office for the reason, but they say to email them from the web help link. When I email them there is no response. (Weeks have passed). I keep on mailing them but there is no response for it. When I again call them and try to talk to them they say that they don’t have phone support.

Above all they stopped my PaisaPay payments which amounts to Rs. 30,220/- IS THIS A NEW WAY TO RECOVER THE 50 MILLION DOLLAR THEY HAVE INVESTED.

Don’t you people think that it is ridiculous? Even your account can be suspended without giving any reasons. And you can’t help it out.

Even you can loose your valuable hard earned money and can do nothing but just keep on sending emails to eBay.

the best alternative to this is do not offer paisapay in your pages instead go for any other credit online company for accepting online payments give a link to the pages so that the buyers can pay you via creditcard with best regards

It can happen to anyone.Though i havent sold any item till now.When Baazaa was shifting to ebay They asked me for the license and other documents like items bill.how can one give bill of second hand item.Also they suspended my account and dont replied back. But then i made another account.By the way i dont think the new site had given me any problem till now.Yeah i was a bit surprised when i saw my invoice it rose to 1000 + i was shocked. i was not known that my account has raised without giving intimation.That too for shipping fees of international 30 rupees i thought that its one time but they charged me again and again when i relisted my item.Any way get back to me if some one want my items and be in touch we can have our own points and if we be together noone can beat us. thank you for intimating.

You are right dear.One of my friend was also banned without any intimation and when He wrote to E-bay, they replied that they had send many warnings before suspending the account.But he had not recieved any such warnings.He was new to e-bay and luckily just few were lost for paisa pay.
They are trying to dictate their own terms to the INDIANS.
I think some good indian organization must open a new portal like bazee.com to shift the business to that site.
I think another way is to form a sellers union and report any such matter to consumer sell.
If sellers in INDIA are not united they will continue to ride on our back.
Again I am of the view to stop accepting PAISE PAy to save yourself.
All the banks now accept online transfer so there may not be any problem in transfering the money.
Also some one can suggest good online card accepting organization.
