I have had this bitter experience a few times now. The buyer is modifying the payment details is he check out himself. What happens is that when a product is sold buyer checks out choosing local shipping instead of national shipping which is generally lower in most cases and then pays using paisapay. In this case neither can a seller resend an invoice nor alter the payment amount. I had to send items to some buyers at local shipping charges when they were not from the city I am in. This is a loss and I can't take it any longer. I urge ebay to look into this. My seller preferences clearly say that buyer cannot edit payment details but they are doing this.
