Seller're be-fooling eBay's dispatch policy

I'm very disappointed to state that sellers are manipulative and think eBay/customer is a fool!

What happened with me?
My item was supposed to be shipped by 13-JUN midnight but was handed over to Aramex on 14-Jun 10:50 PM. Ideally, I'm entitled for a complete refund but they managed to be-fool eBay's policy by assigning a pre-booked AWB number on 13-JUN so that customer & eBay thinks the item has been shipped BUT it was actually not sent.
I called Aramex customer care and checked online status of shipment and the AWB number given to me has no registration against it until 15-JUN. And on 15-JUN I see the shipment was picked up by Aramex on 14-JUN 10:50 PM.

More so,an Overnight Document type shipment is not being delivered in 24 hrs. It is going to be delivered on (supposedly) 16-JUN instead of 15-JUN.

I paid on 8th, shipment promised for 13th, actually shipped on 14th, overnight package not to be delivered before 16th and nicely tricking eBay's dispatch policy.
All definitions changed.

Unprofessional Indian class of Businessmen. They know their silly work-arounds!! Food for Thought. With these men Indian economy will never catch with developed nation's economy in another 2 generations of what they are today.

I hope eBay gets this message and take action against such sellers.

i have just added you in a special list of buyers that i maintain for the genuine concern that you showed for indian business and the attitude of indian businessmen

but what i wonder that for something so critical that you have taken offence for a day's delay in shipping, why would you be buying it online at the first place. notwithstanding i sincerely pray that you as well as your seller have a much better experience the next time.

Indiacod, sorry if I got too aggressive, but silly tricks/treachery is something I cannot stand for a minute. I'm highly inclined towards aligning actions to ideologies, truthfulness, business excellence and commitment and see nation first.

Anway, buying online was the only option for this product, so I went for it.
