Seller is highly ignorant, irresposible & Useless.

Dear Sir,

I Nehal Saeed had Purchesed (A Discman)Item No. 5781710058 from fab_mall, Vijaya V M, Phone: 09325501162 (C/o.A.M.Joshi,#18,Dhavalgiri Soc,Bib-Kondwa Rd,Marketyard, - Pune, MH, 4110037, India).

I Paid for the Item, and inturn received faulty/non-functional Discman, which i returned back to seller, and after that neither i have received a replacement, nor the seller has sent me back the faulty item. He is asking money to repairs the same, which i agreed to pay 50-50. He is also not refunding my money.

What do I do, what protection i have, and how the matter can be resolved, Advice me on my email ID tahatanners@hotmail.com

Dear Mr Saeed regret to note your problem. But always make sure you go through the ratings of the seller. Not only the number but the actual ratings given by other buyers. Fabmall is no longer a registed member now.
