I have observed in recent transaction seller contact number is not updated and phone number is not reachable!!. There were feedback about fake shipping details, wrong contact number and it got repeated with me as well. many ebay member had left negative feedback about this and i don't see for many feedback ebay have taken any action.
Does ebay India have process of annual re validation of seller details?
I did called customer support asking for vendor contact number and question asked by customer representative is why you need seller phone number? does that mean buyer should not contact seller? i just wanted to ensure i dont end up in any mess that was faced by other members. As such i am not getting response from seller.
Also surprise to hear that ebay will respond in 48 hours. Are we living in 21st century? 48 hours to respond!!
