Hi Team,
I bought Sony Xperia Z3 plus (item # 112006736260)and shipped to me on June 2 2016. I found item to be used one I made contact to seller immediately, he replied he mentioned it in specification. Had he done it in complete, why might I have purchased used phone in the price of new one. It is quite clear he made fraud. In the box there was invoice in name of Amit Kumar Khan. I tried to call EBay but they have been busy since then.
I want EBay to intervene and live up to their reputation by one of option as follows
1) send me new phone with invoice in my name
2) refund my money
I hope co operation to the best in this regard.
