Dear Sir,
The Unpaid Item dispute has been closed for the following reason:
The seller has ended this communication and filed for a Final Value Fee credit.

I do agree that it was my fault. But I have been informing the party that this and this were the problems, and I'm resolving the problem. I was very much interested in the consignment hence the purchase. But things were not in my hand specifically. But it was VERY RUDE to complain that I was not paying a VERY SMALL AMOUNT. When credit card was not working through paisapay, small amount or large amount does not matter. I'm ready to pay right now too. Please be cordial.

The seller needs a credit for the eBay fees he has to pay for your purchase. As the deal wasnt over. No matter for what reason.

Its not being rude. But its a necessity or the seller will end up paying unnecessary comission to ebay.

Had the communication been better you could have informed the seller about the problems and the deal could have been over by mutual agreement.

however knowing all the processes and policies is difficult. Its so vast that you end up studying it more than you ever studied in high school ..lol

Contact the seller and ask him to reverse the FVF (that will happen after you make the payment)
