Required help !!

Dear All,

I have bought one book " Master The Mind Monkey - By Anand Patkar" from the registered seller Mindtrees.

I have made the payment on 31st March & I got the message from them that they have received the payment of Rs. 304.

Now i have been looking for my book and asking them for their contact details and the status of shipment..

I am not getting any repsonses from their side now.
Lastly i got a response from them on 4th April that goods aready shipped..but i m yet to receive the same after week or so..

can anyone suggest what needs to be done??

Dear Amit,
Since as per the seller the item had been sent as on 4th April,It may be possible that you will get the same within 1-2 days as sometime delay can be happend from courier side.

But the seller should have provided you with the shipment details and also with their contact number etc.So that in case you have any problem,then you can contact them.

Any way here is the link to get the contact details of the seller,Just fill all the details and the contact details will be sent in your email address by eBay.
