Remove Fraud Sellers from Ebay

I bought 1 FM with Torch from seller Mega-bazaar. This seller is just selling garbage. FM is not worked for a single second and torch light is too low even a 1 rupee candle will light brighter than this torch. These type of sellers make people affraid to purchasing online in INDIA.

I request Ebay to remove these sellers from ebay as thse sellers are also decreasing the popularity of ebay and people will not purchase through ebay if mega-bazaar type seller sells at ebay.

You rightly said that it is imperative to remove sellers from eBay who are damaging trust on site. To help eBay in identifying such users, we encourage our users to open a dispute agasint their transaction partner, when they feel that their transaction partner have intentionally not fulfilled their commitment.

You may open a Item Not Received / Item significantly not as described case agasint your trading partner. In order to get covered under buyer protection, you may close the dispute and escalate the claim to buyer protection as well.

I am running a dispute right now but it doesn't get anywhere. The seller continues to sell copied software. It is mentioned in the feedbacks he/she received. Still the dispute merrily goes on and on. looks like put up copied software for auction , give it away for less than 50 rupees ( to ciecumvent the buyer protection ?) with a hefty postage charge . toatal will come to around 300 rupees . Ofcourse the item description will show the game in its original packaging.
