Buyer have an access to 3 kinds of feedback to seller positive/negative/neutral.But sellers have only access to positive feedback.They think only sellers can go wrong so buyers can give negative feedback.But what if the buyers are wrong?They don't even get a bad name because sellers can only start a case against them ,not give them negative feedback.
