Regarding Negative Feedback

Hi eBay Team,

I have purchased 2GB CARD+ Samsung Galaxy Y S5360 Android 2.3 Gingerbrea... from the seller aananda_telecom( 3906) . I have given negative feedback to this seller. But the seller spoke to me and explained the reason for late shipping. Due to christmas holidays i did not receive the item on date which is acceptable. So i kindly request eBay Team to remove the negative feedback and change as postivie feedback.

the below mentioned response , i got on 3rd dec,2011 and its 3rd jan,2012 today but action taken till today ... now its up to you all ...i mentioned positive feedback on seller request as i had previously mentioned negative feedback ...my negative feedback should stand for the seller ...i received a damaged microwave oven ... help me if you can ??????????????????????????
