Refund....

Sir, I've ordered an item on January 18,2013. The seller asked me to extend the date to January 30,2013. I accepted.
But on January 30, 31 in eBay there said item is yet to be shipped... If there is no details about shipment until the due date means the money will be refunded,eBay said.
So I thought the money will be refunded and bought the same item near my home. Now the problem is the Seller called me and told the item was shipped.
Now got the item too. I've two same items worth rupees 7200(3600+3600). i want to resend the item to seller. Can i get my money back ?

Sir,I am regular shopper from ebay. We have placed one order of Eletronic Gas lighter. It reached on time, but when we opened the same we were very disappointed with the product as it was not as per our expected product. Then we called to coustomer care dept and presented our case. They responded very well and said that our debeted amount will be credited in our account and we dont need to return the same item back to ebay. And yes this is happened, that too very fast.This prompt service motivated me to write for ebay.Thanks to ebay for taking coustomer care.:-) Hopeing for the same services..........
