my paisa pay id 40541310325 my SR no 1_58142682712,1_58141201123,1_5814627994040,1_58257741424,1_5858341626247,1_58501824065,1_58634689254,1_58715112238,1_5858737047940 and BLUE DART way bill no 69329400556 that show item return to shipper sell sand u so many email to eBay on 7 October 2015 at 10:46 am 12 October 3:16 pm 21 October 29 October seller say "plz full refund to buyer" but after 1 and half months my problem not solve I call several time cal eBay grievance cell my escalation of 046304 but not respons by eBay.
eBay say they send email to me that not reply by me that is proof item recived by me
So I said every one ever never purchase eBay they online taught

Hi,

I am not sure whether you wil get the claim back and its not possible in ebay. I have been trying more than a month and called ebay customer executive multiple time nothing is working out.

My amount is very less but still i can't accept these kind of on-line fraud. They sent me a fake product and and seller also fraud and given bogus mobile number.

Ebay simply closed my claim. I think your amount is high I am praying God to get refund from these kind of fraud.

Dont believe these ebay customer executive always they will tell wait for 3-5 days to get call from claim department and you will never get call. If you tried one more time again they will tell wait for 3-5 days.

So, dont wast your time and energy and unwanted pressue. Keep cool if you get the claim back you are lucky otherwise you should think you have given to some begger(ebay) and or somebody(Ebay) theft your money.

It was my first and last purchase on ebay. Where I recieve the damaged product and as resolution got the enclosed message:

We thank you for your precious time in helping us investigate the issue you faced with your purchase. We regret to inform you that after investigating the claim we are rejecting your eBay Guarantee* claim request. Click here for more information.

Its total unfair business practice and this company should be banned in India. As even a local shop keeper also takes back its defective product within the timelines but ebay straight away denied and want its all consumers should always use the defective products repaired again and again,go several times to the service centers ,doesn't matter how far it is from there home .And never ever use any new product.

Rather than spending money on travelling to service centers ,its better if we file consumer complaints as unfair business practices.It should always be noted consumer laws are there in constitution and whatever ebay made there rules doesn't have any value against them.

Ebay is such a shame to online retailing and should be banned ASAP.
