Refund of money

I Have purchased INDIA MINT STAMP YEAR PACK 1999 (320770784550) for Rs. 1,111.00 from p2436 by winning the bid on 13/10/11.
But as the browser was not working properly, I paid the amount twice through online transfer TO e bay. e bay is thus requested to refund Rs.1,111.00 to my Axis bank account.
