I bought a water bottle from ebay. And payed through paytm.
Product was not shipped by the seller, so i raised a claim for my money. EBay's claiming that they transferred the money back to paytm wallet.
But i didn't received any amount.
I'm complaining from last 1 month. EBay's customer care asking me to Wait for 72 hours for like 10 times . I called multiple times . every time i call their new executive say that you have to Wait for 72 hors . i have been waiting for 1 month. No solution.
They asked me paytm wallet statement which i provided them on 30 th October 2015 . and still they don't have solution.
It's been 50 days since i purchased that product.
