I purchased a phone through paisapay(PaisaPay Transaction ID: 25341202734) on 30th of september 2009. It showed as working on 110 volts for USA standards unlike advertised as 220 volts in Indian conditions. I had to send back the phone although the seller asked to try various methods to overcome problem. Seller refused to take the item back. I had to open a resolution case (Claim # 1707463 (KMM17999198I15977L0KM). The ebay contacted me for the proof of sale, and the return of item which I provided.
The ebay reassured me and asked me to wait for the refund to be processed. I never got any message after that. I enquired it to the seller who said that the refund has been processed and I must ask the paisapay. I have no idea how to contact the paisa pay as it accepts only messages for products purchased with in 3 months. I am getting no reply from the ebay staff whose emails I recieved for the resolution case. Would anyone advice please
