Sir,
My name is Sahil Sandhu and I am a regular eBay customer. I made a transaction on 18-03-2013 (Amount - Rs 1050) which got cancelled and the status shown to me since 20-03-2013 in my account was "Refund approved". Its been 3 weeks but i still haven't received the refund amount yet. I contacted your customer care 5 times up till now but every-time I am put on hold for over 10-12 minutes & them I am told that there has been some problem in the system which is almost resolved and soon you will get your refund back. Till date I have been told many times but haven't received a mail from eBay telling me what the problem was & why my refund is still pending. Always they ask me to wait for 48 hrs & I will get a mail.
This is not expected from a leading organization like yours and now I am starting to think that the only option left for me is to take a legal action for being harassed.
Kindly revert back & help solve this issue. I also need a mail containing as to what was the issue that took so long.
