Ordered 2 items and its delivered to the address fine, this is my first order to ebay. But ebay shipped one defected item that too already returned by some other customer. Then i returned the item through courier with payment of mine as I got informed that i would get reimbursement. After that i got replacement from seller and this one was working fine. Then i tried many times to get reimbursement for the courier charges and still I do not get that. I tried to post a claim through ebay website but it failed. The reason is, I was not able to enter email address in the given textbox as it is always in readonly format. When i click submit button it asked me to enter email address. I am not clear whether the website has bugs or I do not know how to use the website claim form. Then I called customer care and they escalated this issue and informed me that I would get a call from ebay within 2 days. But I waited and did not get.
I frustrated to get this refund and finally i left it. Then decided to not prefer ebay purchase anymore.
